About delivery

Delivery Time

Shipping times vary depending on the product, so please check each product's detail page.
For pre-ordered items, delivery will be after the release date.

※For products where the shipping time is not stated on the product detail page, if you pay by credit card, it will be shipped approximately 10 business days after order confirmation, and if you pay by convenience store payment, it will be shipped approximately 10 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, New Year holidays, and summer holidays).
※Please note that this refers to "shipping" and not "arrival," so the actual delivery time may vary depending on your region and transportation conditions.
※If you order multiple items with different estimated shipping dates, all items will be shipped together according to the latest estimated shipping date.
※For merchandise sold at concerts, events, etc., shipping may take more than 10 business days depending on stock availability.

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to the following reasons:
・High volume of orders
・Temporary stock-out of products
・Delivery impossible due to force majeure such as weather conditions
・Delay in product manufacturing
・Inaccuracies in order or payment information, such as incorrect charges
・Temporary suspension of shipping operations due to summer holidays, New Year holidays, or long consecutive holidays

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping notification email will be sent as support information. Please check it.
Click the [View Order] button in the email to go to a page that displays "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number."
Clicking the "Tracking Number" will take you to the shipping carrier's inquiry site where you can check the shipping status.
If you are a registered member, you can also log in through [My Page] and check the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number" from the relevant [Order History].

Shipping Carrier and Delivery Method

Delivery will be made by either Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post. You cannot specify the shipping carrier.
※We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates, delivery methods, or special gift wrapping.
※Orders cannot be delivered to a shipping carrier's office, post office, or convenience store for pickup.

Consolidation/Split Shipping

We cannot process consolidation or split shipping for orders after they have been placed.
Items ordered at the same time will be shipped together once all items are ready, and items ordered separately will be shipped separately.

【Standard Shipping】
Nationwide flat rate: 870 yen (tax included)

【International Shipping】
Amount varies by country and region. Please check on the payment page.
※Our store uses the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) method.
Customs duties, import taxes, and taxes (VAT) may be incurred upon receipt of the package if it arrives in the destination country/region/state, and you may be responsible for these costs.
※Please comply with all laws and regulations stipulated in the destination country/region/state.
※Customs clearance conditions vary depending on the destination, so please contact the relevant customs authority for details.

Receiving Your Order

If you are not available when your order is delivered, please follow the instructions on the undeliverable notice left by the shipping carrier to arrange for receipt of your items.
If you do not pick up your order within the storage period, the item will be returned to Awich Official Shop.
Please contact us via the dedicated inquiry form on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page within 2 weeks of the return. After 2 months from the return, your order will be cancelled.
※Refunds due to cancellation will generally not be provided.
※You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for redelivery.
※If there are repeated cases of refusal to accept delivery, long-term absence, or redelivery due to customer's convenience, we may restrict your use of our services. Please ensure you receive your items.
